This is a great way to do a mild reset without doing a full juice detox. We also recommend following your detox with our raw cleanse to “break your fast” for a day or two before eating any cooked food.
Quick Tip: Our in house nutritionist recommends drinking plenty of purified water in between meals. You are welcome to have herbal teas like Chamomile / Peppermint / Rosehip between meals as well. Do not have any green / white / black or flavored teas.
