Party Tray Menu FAQ

  • Applicable taxes and delivery charges may apply with a minimum order.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are only allowed 48 hours prior to the day of the event, pick-up, or delivery. Cancellations made after this period will receive a 25% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not be refunded.

Allergies and Food Specifications:
Please inform the Catering Department of any allergies or food preferences. Our facility is not nut-free or allergen-free, and we cannot be held responsible for any reactions from food prepared here.

Liability After Pickup/Delivery:
Once the food is delivered or picked up, we will not be responsible for any sickness or issues. We take great care in cooking all our food fresh, following proper safety protocols while the food is still in our establishment. After the food is picked up, we are no longer liable, as we cannot control how the food is handled thereafter.

Party Tray Sizes:

  • Small Party Tray: Serves approximately 6–10 people
  • Medium Party Tray: Serves approximately 15–30 people
  • Large Party Tray: Serves approximately 30–45 people

Reheating Instructions:

  • Oven (Beef, Chicken, Pork Dishes): Preheat to 300°F. Place the dish in a covered ovenproof pan and heat for 30-40 minutes.

  • Oven (Fried Items): Preheat to 300°F. Place in an uncovered ovenproof dish and heat for 30-40 minutes.

  • Microwave (Any Dish): Place in a covered microwave-safe dish. Heat for 1 to 10 minutes, depending on the quantity, until the desired temperature is reached. Stir occasionally.

  • Microwave (Fried or Non-Saucy Dishes): Leave uncovered while reheating for 1 minute or more, depending on the quantity.
