Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Scarborough, Downtown Toronto, North York, East York, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Brampton, Mississauga, King City, Woodbridge, and Markham.
Free pick-up available! Delivery fees start at $15.

 

When do you deliver?
We deliver every Thursday between 9 AM and 8 PM. You’ll receive a text with your delivery window and a confirmation once your meals are delivered.
If you have any questions, please contact us by the evening before your delivery. Please note, delays may happen due to weather, traffic, or road closures, but we’ll always do our best to keep things on track.

 

How are meals delivered?
Meals are delivered in an insulated cooler bag and will be handed to you or left at your door with a doorbell ring.
If you won’t be home, please let us know in advance and leave an insulated bag or cooler by your door for the driver to place your meals inside.
If you prefer your meals not to be left on the floor, please include a note when placing your order (e.g., “Please leave on the porch chair”).

 

Do I need to be home for delivery?
It’s best if someone is home to accept your delivery. If you’re not available, please call or email us and leave an insulated bag or cooler by your door. Meals should be refrigerated within an hour of delivery. You’ll get a text once they’re delivered.

 

How do you deliver to apartments/condos?
Provide your buzzer code, unit number, and any special delivery instructions when placing your order. If your concierge is accepting the delivery, please let them know in advance. We’ll do our best to follow all instructions and ensure your meals get to you.

 

Do I need to return the cooler bags?
Yes, please! If we left a cooler bag, kindly have it ready for pick-up with your next delivery. If you won’t be home, leave it in a visible spot or with your concierge.
After two missed returns, your order will be delivered without the cooler bag until we receive it. Don’t worry, we sanitize all bags!

 

Can I change my delivery time?
Delivery times are set by the third-party delivery company, so unfortunately, they can’t be changed.

 

Can I change my delivery address?
We can accept address changes up until Wednesday at noon before your delivery.

 

I’m outside your delivery area. What can I do?
If your city isn’t listed, get in touch with us! We can discuss potential delivery options.
