Delivery FAQs


Our current delivery areas include the following:

Ajax, Ancaster, Aurora, Brampton, Burlington, Etobicoke, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Hamilton, King City, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Newmarket, Nobleton, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Scarborough, Stouffville, Thornhill, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Whitby, Woodbridge

Our delivery fee is a flat rate of $10.



We deliver every Sunday between 11am to 7pm. You will get a text notification for your delivery window and a text confirmation when the delivery has been made. 

Please contact us no later than the evening before the day of delivery with any questions or concerns.

Please note that there may be delays that are out of our control such as weather, traffic and road closures. Our drivers will do everything to ensure prompt service, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Our drivers will do their best to guarantee delivery times.


We deliver using an insulated cooler bag.


We recommend someone be available to receive your meals at delivery. We will follow your delivery instructions if no one will be home to the best of our ability. Our cooler bags keep your meals safe but we recommend refrigerating your meals within an hour of delivery. You will receive a text message upon delivery.


Please provide us with detailed information such as your buzzer code and unit number and any other instructions so we can deliver your meals right to your door. If your concierge has to receive your delivery, please notify them of your order and ensure that they will accept food on your behalf and to notify you of the delivery. We will follow your delivery instructions if no one will be home to the best of our ability.


That would be awesome! Please remove your meals from the cooler bags if you are home at the time of delivery and return the bag to our driver. If you will not be home, we will pick up your empty cooler bag at your next delivery. If you will not be home to receive your delivery, please leave your empty cooler bag(s) in a secure and visible place for our drivers or please leave the cooler bag with your concierge. If you know you will not be home for delivery, please leave an empty cooler bag(s) in a secure, visible place for our drivers to pick-up. If cooler bags are not returned after two deliveries, your order will be delivered in a brown paper bag until we receive the outstanding cooler bags or we will charge your next order with a $10 packaging fee. Please note: We sanitize all cooler bags!
