Your DelecTable plant-based meals can be ordered by 10am every Thursday.     

    
        
Our plant-based meals are designed to keep you feeling full.  They are generous in portion and we target up to 650 calories per dish.  This serving is recommended by our nutritionist- aim for bigger breakfasts and lunches and smaller dinners.     

    
        
We use freezer/microwave friendly and recyclable containers. Cooler bags and gel packs are available, if needed.     

    
   
1. Receiving Your Delivery:
Upon receiving your DelecTable meal delivery, check that all items are present and in good condition. Your meals are carefully prepared to ensure maximum freshness and taste.

2. Meal Selection and Storage:
Choose the first two meals you'd like to enjoy and place them in the refrigerator for immediate consumption. For optimal freshness, we recommend freezing the remaining meals. Our dishes are designed to maintain their quality when properly stored in the freezer.

3. Thawing Your Frozen Meals:
When you're ready to enjoy a frozen meal, simply thaw it in the refrigerator overnight. This gentle thawing process preserves the flavors and nutrients, ensuring a delicious dining experience.

4. Priority Meals Marked "Eat First":
To make it even easier for you, any meals that need to be enjoyed first will be numbered 1-3 or marked "Eat First." Please enjoy these priority meals by Wednesday of the week, ensuring they are at their peak freshness.

5. Convenient Reheating:
We understand that convenience is key to a stress-free dining experience. When you're ready to savor your DelecTable creations, simply reheat your meals. Our packaging is microwave-safe, or you can reheat on the stove or in the oven for added flexibility and preference.

Tofu Makhani Rice Bowl

Cabbage Rolls w/ Roasted Sweet Potato

Coconut Collard Laing

Brown rice, collard greens, green beans, butternut squash, coconut milk, ginger, turmeric, onions, garlic, sea salt, org. tamari, olive oil, herbs, and spices.

Stir-fried Veggie Noodle w/ Peanut Sauce

Rice noodle, bok choy, bean sprout, carrot, red cabbage, peanuts, organic GF tamari, sesame, organic sugar, onions, garlic, olive oil, sea salt, herbs, and spices.

Szechuan Sauce Glazed Meatless Meatballs

Brown rice, mixed beans, gf oats, watercress, snap peas, carrots, celery, tomatoes, almond, onion, garlic, maple syrup, org. tamari, lemon, olive oil, herbs and spices.

    
        
Heating Instructions:

For your safety and optimal enjoyment, please ensure that your meals are heated to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Reheating Options:
All our plant-based meals come in freezer-safe and microwave-safe containers, but for the best taste and texture, we recommend using the stove top or oven if available.

Stove Top:
For dry meals and small pot for stews and soups, use a pan and heat over medium heat. Stir gently until the meal is heated through.

Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Transfer your meal into an oven-safe dish and cover it with foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the meal is thoroughly heated.

Microwave:
If you prefer to use the microwave, set the power to 60%-70% and heat your meal for 3-8 minutes, or until it is heated through. Pause and stir occasionally to ensure even heating.

*Please Note:*
For safety, be sure to remove any plastic containers with sauces or dressings before reheating. These containers are not microwave safe and should be transferred to a microwave-safe dish if needed.

All our meals are cooked from scratch each week. All DelecTable plant-based meals you receive should be frozen immediately except for 1-2 meals you would like to enjoy first or if they are numbered.         
        
Meals that are numbered should be eaten by Tuesday. We do not guarantee freshness after this time.     

    
        
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any food allergies. Although we use gluten-free products, we cook in a certified commercial kitchen that is used by other teams who may have used ingredients that include your food allergy. All our equipment and cookware are properly cleaned and sanitized at all times, however for an added safety measure, we cannot accommodate any food allergies.     

    
        
We are happy to customize to accommodate certain dietary requirements to help with chronic health issues such arthritis/inflammation, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc..         
        
We do this by removing nightshades or substitute tofu with beans, or lower carb options.

We are the fully prepared plant-based meal delivery service in the city that combines love for food and nutrition with a goal to promote better health by providing cost free customization to suit your dietary needs. We want you to feel satisfied, feel good, and be healthy at the same time.     

    
        
We try to accommodate all customization requests however with the approval of our in house holistic nutritionist we are able to use a small amount of tomatoes (skin and seeds removed) or gluten free organic tamari for sauces.         
        
If you requested for your meals to be no night shades or no tofu, we will remove those ingredients from your meals and replace them with on hand vegetables but you may still get some meals with a small amount of tomato or tamari for flavour.         
        
        Please note: we are not able to to accommodate requests to remove any ingredients because of preference, sensitivity, and allergies.
